We have been in the retail fresh food industry for over 40 years; giving us a wealth of knowledge of the industry.

Our family has had a great love of fresh and tasty food products.

Located in the Pentland Hills region of regional Victoria, right alongside the gardens, orchards, cherry, strawberry and blueberry farms of the Bacchus Marsh food bowl, Owner Gary started making chilli sauces after growing an abundance of chillies.

A good friend and well known identity in the local chilli scene sampled his sauces and was blown away by the quality, sparking a love within Gary for cooking sauces and making salts.
